Oriental Pearl on Govt is always good and reasonable priced. Large portions.

OP Sherwood/Coursey is in another stratosphere vs their Govt St location, and literally just owned by the same folks, the superiority of Jenny's husband's fare vs their family cooking on Govt St is rather mind boggling.
And Nine Dragon on Highland at Lee vs their Mellow Mushroom take-out store much the same story.
BR is a Chinese dining wasteland, but Omi, Nine at Lee, Pearl At Coursey, Hunan, Chang's, Paul Wong's, all have dishes that excel. Also Thai Chili, Thai Pepper, and Thai Kitchen's chefs do better fried rices and Chinese dishes than the lionshare of BR Chinese places..they aren't wussified!
