The hearing revealed:

Comey’s firing did not directly impede any investigations into Trump’s team.

Comey and his deputy have admitted under oath that there was no obstruction

Comey gave no evidence of collusion between Trump and the Russians.

Comey said that the NYT story alleging that "Trump associates had repeated contacts with senior Russian intelligence officials in the year before the election," was almost entirely wrong.

Comey said that during the 2016 campaign, Loretta Lynch asked him to refer to the Clinton email investigation as a "matter" and not an "investigation" when speaking about it publicly.


Yeah.
All in all I'd say it went well for the President.
If nothing else, it showed that Trump was justified in firing Comey.
