What's the point of confronting this guy, unless he is showing his piece to a bunch of kids while pissing. Either way, the choke hold was a bit extreme, even though it didn't look like he was applying that much pressure during video. I'm not putting myself in that position for something so dumb.

Exactly. He killed the guy. That's why LEOs have training, they should've handled it.
The guy pisses outside, he gets a ticket or a ride to jail if that guy stays in his seat eating biscuits.

Even then, you don't want your kids to see a dick, so you kill a guy in front of your kids? And the girl and the other guy trying to be prevent the recording need a civics lesson.
