Most apartments along Sherwood are so dilapidated. The ones behind Racetrac across from Piccadilly are atrocious.

I cut through Afton Oaks quite a bit and in general I agree. At least somebody bought those and they are being completely remodeled. Hopefully that will help some but I'm still skeptical due to the clientele. They look a lot better so far anyway.

I lived in Oaks Of Kingsbridge behind Racetrack back in 1997-2003. Glad I moved to ascension parish before I got shot .
