I had zero hip flexibility. I've been doing Frog pose every night since January for at least 3 mins and have noticed some dramatic differences already. I usually combine it with a minute and a half with a variation of Happy Baby. Then I stretch the rest of my body for another 10-15 mins or so. Has made a world of difference.

To be quite honest while stretching is great, you need some air squats, step ups, and burpees in your life....the hip flexors need to be initiated in a concentric movement in addition the stretch for quicker results
