Real answer: Take a Friedman-type Chicago school libertarian who is okay with a central bank and has a generally utilitarian outlook. Radicalize them on price signaling such that they believe that redistribution is a distant fourth on the list of obstacles to growth behind regulation, tariffs, and cronyism. Add a modest sympathy for identity politics (think "affirmative action is fine" not "kill whitey") and a presumptive hostility to non-empirical arguments that can't be put on a graph (blood-and-soil-and-joshnorris-posts).
