He's a poor man's Ty Ross that his coaches try to convince us is a Brad Cresse. I know you love him, ell (you wanted him over Kade Scivicque years ago), but that's the truth even taking into consideration his hot play.

Defensively, I'd say Pap and Ross are a push. Offensively, Ross, as a junior, hit .217 with 3 HRs and 32 RBI. Pap has hit .258 with 7 HRs and 25 RBIs. Ross' OBP% was .295 compared to Pap's .406 this year.

In comparison to Brad Cresse, you're going to have to point to the coaches who have compared either of them to Cresse offensively. I don't think you're going to have much luck with that. But defensively, both Pap and Ross have been far superior to anything Cresse did behind the plate.
