Got some rings to do some workouts at the apartment just to try something different.

Man they are difficult to use, but very enjoyable. Trying to do pull ups really shows me how weak I am.

Can't wait to give them another go this week.

Single arm kettle bell swings
Burpees
Sit ups
Shoulder press
Side laterals

Increments of 3, then 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21
