Leg day.
My lower back and hamstrings have been feeling weird since I've gotten back from the beach this weekend, so we will see if I can handle a workout tonight.

Barbell Squat:4x8
Lunges: 3 sets
Leg Press: 4x12
Leg Curls: 3x12
Leg Extensions: 4x10

Possibly some straight leg deadlifts if I can handle it.
