Hard to say what to expect from the NFC east. Year to year a team can be 4-12 and 12-4.
Giants usually underachieve.
Eagles have a long way to go repairing chip jelly damage.
Skins have cousins but not much else
Cowboys seem like a playoff lock

Dallas is definitely the safest pick, but things can go south in a hurry in the NFL. I bet most considered the Panthers and Cards to be heavy favorites for the playoffs in 16.

Giants didn't address OLine but other than that have just as much talent on offense and way more on defense. Engram should be able to make an immediate impact in the red zone at least and like I said before they won both matchups last season.
Eagles front 7 will surely be competitive against any and everyone; one of the best in the league. Their issue has been on the back end, but the game in Arlington was super close when Wentz had limited weapons. Really like the additions of Blount, Jeffery(show me deal), and Torrey Smith as well.
Redskins are a poorly run franchise and I think there will be some pressure to get something for Kirk before the deadline.
Far from a lock IMO. The schedule is certainly much tougher and the point I made about their schedule last season has validity to it. Not melting at all. I am a Saints fan who doesn't have a dog in the fight. I just love the NFL and with the NBA looking awful I decided to take a closer look at a few of the teams. A reddit thread about which team seems to be overrated going into the season is what got it started. Out of all of the division winners I looked at, the Cowboys and Raiders seemed to have the most issues. If you don't like my findings that is fine; it doesn't make them any less true.
