1) That really sucks that Denver just assumed people didn't go to games because they weren't 'loyal' or were just trying to make some extra cash off the tickets.
2) I bet from now on you'll see a lot more people reselling their tix via cash and not online.
3) Outside of a little bit of bad PR, I don't think it has backfired. It sounds like they've got plenty of people ready to jump on those seats.
