They're annoying as shite and piss me off, but it's a mild inconvenience. Some people have really loud and annoying voices, but it doesn't mean they should be outlawed from talking. On second thought...

I always know when my neighbor is coming or going. Other than when he leaves his house before 6 AM on the bike, I don't care.
