That's opinion.
While at lsu he finished unranked in 40% of his tenure.
2 unranked finishes in 5 years.
Miles had 2 unranked finishes in 11 years.

No im not. Im taking it all into consideration.
I readily admit that Miles benefited from Saban and we wouldve won more had Saban stayed but you can't just make up what you think his tenure would've been.

Maybe because 1996 lsu played 3 teams that were ranked and 2005 played 7 while winning the west, but you do bring up a good point.

Maybe one day youll learn the difference between between facts and worship. I've literally never said miles was a great coach. But it's undeniable that his tenure was great.


IMO having the same amount of top 10 finishes as the previous 40 years combined is great.
IMO opinion finishing unranked in 40 % of your tenure isnt a better tenure than having 2 unranked finishes in 11 years.
