There isnt a great coach in cfb that doesnt have a hand in one side of the ball. Not one. You clearly have the football knowledge of a shoe.

CEO is a defensive coach. If he had a hand on one side of the ball it would be defense. He has Coach Dave Aranda running the defensive side of the ball. I think it would be very smart of Coach O to NOT have a hand or try to run the defense.
If you can retain or hire great coaches it's a very smart move to let them actually coach. Email Coach O and tell him you want him to run the defense instead of Aranda, dumbass. You could perform a comedy routine and at end of O's coaches shows. I would listen.
