The real question for me is whether it's worth paying for my SO to get her RN License when she already has her LPN and makes decent money?
Probably will quit working in about 5 years or so anyways for kids so that tells me probably not, she might go back to work once kids are grown depending on how business is going but I doubt it

Where is she able to work at as an LPN?? Nursing home? They did away with LPNs at most hospitals years ago. And decent money? Guarantee you she would make way more as an RN.
If she wants to work again at some point.....she should get her BSN. Unless she enjoys being severely underpaid as an LPN.
