I didn't say he wouldn't be fine. He would be ok in a system like the one in OKC for the last forever years he has been there.
But, in a system that is about ball movement to find the ball's right destination it isn't about him being so creative as in finding the right pass to open the movement. Why Nash was so nasty. He knew exactly where to go. Westbrook would have to look to pass mostly and then shoot. His assists are predicated on him alone and not the system--that isn't a stab at him.
Westbrook is as polarizing as any player I've ever seen. No doubt.

Harden was characterized the same way going into this season.
