Dude, one sitting? That's what you're suppose to take in PER DAY. If that's what you're taking in per sitting then you're getting like three times the recommended amount.

A supreme pizza from papa johns has 900mg per slice.
A bowl of hot and sour soup from PF Changes has around 4000mg.
Trust me, it's easy to eat 2000-2500 if you eating fast food or at a restaurant.
ETA: and who said anything about eating that 3 times a day? That was an extreme example. I did eat Chik fila at the airport today. Combo meal was over 1500mg.
