This is a good spot. Bring a few rods and dead scrimps also. You will catch some interesting stuff.

I threw a topwater once there for ten minutes pestering a huge gar. Finally foul hooked him and all the "chirrens" went apeshit. I handed my rod to one of them. Big mistake. Almost lost the rod and cussed a little. I thought his momma was going to whip my arse. She probably could have. She was a very large woman. We packed our shite and went and bought crabs in Holly Beach.

Anyway, it's a good spot. Get there early because it will be crowded later in the day.
