I doubt it.
Acc had two good teams win. Jameis and clem.
Don't see much else to brag on.
SEC won with tebow, lsu, auburn and bama. In most of those years the sec west had two other good teams.
So no. Ps. Yo mama.

The coaches they have added to the conference the last three years I believe has made the difference
At the end of the year you can say they had 5 or maybe 6 decent teams
Including FSU, Miami, Va Tech, Pittsburgh and Clemson
With Louisville as a maybe
