If I remember correctly they used pork fat in the dough too. I agree that a dessert category would probably be a nice addition (or a savory and sweet distinction within porkpourri).

Yes, bacon fat instead of butter to form the crust.

I could say to add a drink category as well, but that might require adding another thread to discuss.
