Some of you that are posting about all of this "Darwin" shite just may not get how powerful of a drug Oxy, Heroin, etc. is.

Try getting prescribed a bottle of Oxys for wisdom teeth or some minor surgery. You'll notice that you always think of that "high" you got a few times those few weeks after.

Of course heroin addicts for the most part have extremely addictive personalities, but it affects a huge swath of normal people in situations like above.

All of the deaths with Fentanyl are best summarized as an Alcoholic that drinks a handle of vodka a day, and then gets a bottle that has ricin or some shite in it because Absolut decided to try to increase their profits. Same concept for the illegal drug market.
