It seems like a lot of beaches, even the non traditional Spring Break places are banning alcohol now. I was over in Clearwater Beach yesterday and noticed they had big signs indicating that alcohol was banned on the beach. I don't ever remember seeing that in other months so it could just be for Spring Break season.

probably taking proactive measures not to turn into PCB; I'm sure South Padre will do something about if after the season ends
