Its not good enough yet. It needs failures and frick ups. It needs to be done and redone many times to get it right or get better. So wind and solar are getting better, but since they aren't perfect right now, frick it. Scrap it all. I understand how science progresses, do you?

Understanding why it didn't work is VITAL. You're just protesting to the heavens it's not working the way you want it to.
Understand the why, the how you go forward becomes much clearer.
