1. Life expectancy.
2. They slobber and drool, keep a rag handy to wipe on occasion.
3. They pass gas. I am talking evacuate the room for a moment, but that does have to do with their diet.
4. They are prone to joint problems in their later years. Hip displysia. Check out the genetic background of the pup you are buying.
They make great family pets. They are loving and loyal. They are not for a small home or apartment. Good luck.
