Start the week off right and get up early to workout before work. I get up at 4 am now to have enough time to workout, shower, get ready, eat breakfast, drink some coffee, and still have about an hour to just relax and watch tv/catch up on my shows before I leave for work. By the time I arrive at work, I'm wide awake and ready to work.
