Oh trust me, I'm an RN. I know it's a benzo with potential for abuse/addiction.

But when you do some of the freaky shite RBD causes you to do in your sleep combined with frequent (almost nightly) sleep paralysis, you'll try anything.

You get zero true REM sleep and on the nights RBD doesn't occur, you experience what's called REM sleep rebound where it seems you dream non-stop and can wake up, go back to sleep, and pick right back up with the dream you were having when you awoke...And they are usually night terror type dreams so it is very disturbing. It leaves you tired and feeling as if you literally NEVER get any sleep. And truthfully, you really aren't bc normal REM never happens.
