Thank you for the tip, but this is beyond medical help. Been having these since i was 7 years old, & im a full grown male now still getting them
W/out turning this thread into jihad, let's just say I have enough evidence to know this is a spiritual malady that wont be going away.

I have, too. I was diagnosed with this recently and the 'fix' is quite simple. Klonopin .5mg-1mg qhs (nightly) and it stops. I didn't believe it would work, either. But it has....so far. Just started treatment for it a couple of weeks ago...but so far, so good.
Of course, it may have just been bc I'm a ginger and I was hunting for souls in my sleep. Guess we'll never know.
