Really? Because I've seen VERY few people use elite or lockdown.
Part of that is because shutdown corners don't really exist anymore, partly or mostly because of rules.
Talib is about as close as it gets right now.
That said he is a very good man corner with great to elite ball skills.
I don't buy this he's a CB2 talk. He can cover ones. Maybe he's second tier corner if that's what they meant. I can agree with that. Second tier is still in the top 10 though. You have maybe 5 guys in that top tier.

The Saints should have gone after Talib instead of Byrd and I said that when we signed Byrd. Had no clue Byrd would be a total bust for us but I thought we needed a lock down corner more. Not sure we could've gotten him over DEN though.
