I second the hydroturf. Put it in mine a few years ago and looks good as new I just pressure wash it every so often. Bought the kind with the 3M backing and also used some of the glue in a spray can to be sure it wouldn't come up.

They had a similar material at sears that I used,too, at a fraction of the cost. It was in the workout section I believe.
