Time stamps on a photograph paint a pretty detailed picture. Best part is you can reference your times with tides, weather, etc. since all that data is archived.

Livingston lures makes baits with a microchip. When it gets wet it will produce vibrations that mimic baitfish. They also have an app which will upload all the fish information as well as time, tides, and gps locations if you choose.
