If the Hitler wasn't a psycho they could have incorporated and armed millions of Eastern Europeans who hated the Soviets

Nazis did get the Muslims of Bosnia and the Croats. the Catholic Croats hated the Serbs so much and the Serbs were Communists and eastern Orthodox.
they let the Bosnian Muslims be in the SS.

Given that Lebenstraum and racial superiority were core concepts of Nazism, I think it'd take more than just Hitler being sane to make things work out.
