People throwing out terms like, "overpriced", "gouging", "greedy" when talking about BR real estate, should familiarize themselves with another term, "market value". A house is worth what someone is willing to pay for it, and people are obviously willing to pay more to live in prime areas where location value can far exceed perceived house value.
