Don't I wish. I see larger houses (including mine) languishing on the market without any action. It's the $100-250K houses flying off the market, not the higher dollar ones. And anyone paying $200-250/sq ft for anything is this town has more money than sense, especially when there is a criminal element involved like at Rouzan

Couldn't agree more on all fronts. $250 -$300 sq/ft is Hays Town Bocage prices. End of story. shite, a few months ago $200 was Hays Town prices not in Bocage. Now you got some assbag spec home flippers trying to fricking rip everybody off. It's fricking insulting.
