yes it does.
Deliberately blocking traffic is an inherently violent act, and people have died from it.
Blocking traffic is also threatening. Surrounding a car is inherently threatening.
The entire "punching a Nazi is OK" meme is incitement to riot and commit violence.
Would you be OK with "Shoot a lefty to help save America" campaign?
