From what I've read you need 2 keys in order to make additional yourself.
I can get a mobile locksmith here for $185 and he will reprogram and make 2 keys. Dealer can't do anything on the weekend.

I went to Ace Hardware. Luckily they had the Ford "chip key" in stock. It was about $70. Dealership will probably hit your wallet a lot harder.
