Sandals food was pretty bad, but it's what you pay for. La toc had a decent French place and the breakfast and lunch buffets were solid.

Drink wise, tell the bartender to make them strong or just get the piton beer.

Massages were good, but way overpriced.

Honestly, the best times we had were just waking up, having breakfast, then swimming up to the pool bar and getting drunk with people we befriended.
