My buddy lives on the river in Madisonville.
Nice area.
They have places for sale there. I'd get one that needs some tlc and try to get a better deal.

No sir.
I'm giving serious consideration to the refurb. I don't mind slidell because I'm in a decent area but Ms.Scoob just landed a new job in Mandeville so I may decide to buy on that end.
