re: Looking to rescue/adopt a young dog/puppy-Catahoula or Blue Heeler

I don't know of any specific rescue orgs for these types of dogs, sorry. I can tell you that Blue Heeler can be quite a hoot! We had one from puppy stage to age 18. As a puppy she ate a couch, a love seat, tore large swaths of linoleum off the floor, ate socks, stole things and hid them under a tree and so much more. Oh, while we were asleep she would find all the loose pillows and shoes and herd them in to a pile in the middle of the living room. All in all she was a wonderful dog. I miss her, our AnnaBelle Lee.
