Tony shouldn't have even been in the game after that blatant targeting in the first quarter

Hootie is not very good. He is in position, but rarely makes a play. On 2nd td he blocked tony brown on the crossing route. Thing of beauty.

Too bad cam sims didn't fumble the kickoff.
