re: Meat grinder size suggestions

I had a Cabelas .5 hp. for several years. Worked just fine but I wanted the 1hp......just because. Sold the .5 hp. and just got the Carnivore 1hp. This sucker is a beast. I still can't justify the up grade but with a coupon , Cabelas points and cash from selling old grinder I'm only out $200.00.
like others said get a stuffer.....also check out "smoking meat forum". Lots of good info on that site.
