That's not a bad idea. When we bought our office building it had a commercial kitchen as part of a cafeteria from years ago. I've often thought about opening it up to the public for game processing but I'm too afraid of the liability.

I would think it would be more trouble than it's worth, and just sanitizing issues alone would open you up to a lot of cost, regulation, and liability. Not to mention most people who get into processing their own deer are tight asses like me.
