So Germany was able to come up with a list of 500 whom they determined should receive extra surveillance.

Even for a small country, it still doesn't seem that threatening - what, only 500? But just project the chaos resulting if less than half of them took part in a coordinated, simultaneous attack in at least as many different locations in the nation, and even including other nations at the same time as well - and all enabled by a German security and similar agencies in other Western countries with an inability to keep track of these apparently elusive "soft target warriors."

Imagine the carnage and commercial stoppage using our own single Howard Johnson's incident that went on for 18 hours from the actions of just "one" urban guerrilla as a measure. Don't think such tactics are not on their lists of "things to do."

Anxious times are ahead for those who asked for it, and sadly - as a result - for those who didn't.
