Wow, great info in this thread! I'm going to refer to all the info for planning an upcoming trip. I'll actually be in Italy 2 weeks after OP on my honeymoon. We're flying into Genoa then train to Cinque Terre for 3 days. After going to Siena for 5 nights and traveling through the Tuscany area. After traveling to Rome for 4 nights. Haven't figured out specific details in each area except hotels and villas we'll be staying in. I'll continue to check back for any updates and suggestions. Looking forward to this trip
