He means well. He just misuses his options in the toolkit (due to lack of time to search from his toolkit or just a small toolkit...)

Statins do have a place (albeit a small one in certain populations)

It's is hard to be the only one not worshipping at the altar of industry sponsored "scientific consensus". The current political climate on display (fake news, fact checking) gives a window into the power of group think / cognitive dissonance with the folks who annoint themselves as authorities.

Below is probably the scariest thing (if he truly believes it).
