Well, the problem with this approach is that Coach O will be only as good as his coordinators. A poor hire is all it will take. Let's hope that O will be able to keep bringing in the best coordinators

That being said, one positive about Coach O is that he can be our long term solution if he is successful here. He isn't going to take another college coaching job, and I highly doubt the NFL would hire him. If Coach O is successful here, he isn't going anywhere.
