Angry isn't the only issue. Where once we always agreed on things like finances, raising kids, even what we thought was fun. Now, we always seem to be on opposite ends of the spectrum. I'm not standing here saying that I have no faults or am not contributing to the problems , just wondering when do you know it's time. The one thing we both consistently do is put our kids before ourselves, which is why I haven't done something already

I haven't been to marriage counseling school, but it sounds to me that she is involved in a lesbian relationship. Ask her and see what she says?

So you're a normal mid30s couple who had 3 kids and now that the kids are old enough to leave the house for long periods you have to readjust to each other?

That is marriage...when children are in play then the adults need to grow up and place their self-centered ways on hold...weather the storms and pick-up where you once were once the children are grown

Serious question, how often do you have sex (with your wife)?

Man, y'all need to take some time for yourselves every now and again. Get someone to sit the kids (grandma, grandpa) for an evening and go out on a date. Y'all have to make time for each other, otherwise you just resent being together. I recommend at least 2 date nights a month, depending on the age of the kids, maybe more.
