It's good that your parents are together as that will probably help them find their routine again once they're in their own home. Hang in there. First step is getting them back into a routine - house, job or hobby, etc. You might have to FORCE him to do whatever it is he loves to do but it's essential to finding his confidence and power again. And it's ok to sometimes secretly resent having to parent your parent. Just know that you'll one day cherish the experience of being in a position to help them when they needed it the most.
