Sadly, Colorado is a top 2 or 3 educated state, and top 5 in almost everything good in life. Louisiana is bottom 5 in almost everything important. The pols in Louisiana want to jail kids with a little pot.

^^^^^^^^^^This guy gets it, I am born & raised in LA but its a fricking trap. The first thing they do to the budget is cut health care & education. It's a cycle. Just look at the generations of poorly educated sick people in LA that are stuck in the trap, add a little jail time to that for some weed & boom now you can't get a real job bc of the good ol boys done stuck you in the spin cycle, now dependant on government welfare to feed themselves. To boot, probably still smokes weed. Legalize for frick sake.
