Miles had A level resources and put forth C level strategies as to not fully utilize those resources.
And another real key is this: Conversely, if you have a C level (say 2 or 3 star player) and coach them up to 4 or 5 star performances on the field. If CEO can do that, he'll be doing something CLM never quite perfected in his entire 11+ years at LSU. And LSU will be all the stronger for it.
