Stoval recruited great in the early 80's and was fired before he could reap the benefits of his recruiting, then in comes Arnsparger a great defensive minded coach who spent years with Shula and the Dolphins came in did a great job of coaching BUT not recruiting, then he leaves to become AD of Florida (I Believe) Archer takes over with the last of the Stoval recruits and Went 10-1-1 with a talented squad but a year later the Stoval recruits are now gone and the wheels came off.
